Fiat Chrysler

Tupy S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire FCA's global cast iron automotive components business, operated through Teksid S.p.A., for €210 million. The deal includes facilities in Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, a joint venture in China, and engineering and sales offices in Italy and the US.
