French plumbing manufacturer SFA Group, parent of Saniflo, acquired Zehnder Pumpen GmbH, a German pump maker based in Grünhain-Beierfeld, Saxony. The acquisition is effective from 1 January 2019 and Zehnder will remain a separate legal entity.
French sanitary manufacturer SFA acquired Zehnder Pumpen GmbH of Grünhain, Saxony, which will become a wholly-owned subsidiary and keep its own brand. Dentons advised SFA on the deal, which was reported on 29 January 2019.
