MBO Group

Komori Corporation completed its acquisition of MBO Group, a Germany-based manufacturer of post-press equipment. MBO Group is now a wholly-owned subsidiary named MBO Postpress Solutions GmbH.

Komori has signed a deal to acquire MBO Group, a German paper folding machine manufacturer, to make it a subsidiary and expand its post-press solutions.
