Arktura

Armstrong World Industries announced an agreement to acquire Arktura, a designer and fabricator of architectural specialty metal and felt solutions based in Los Angeles. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Arktura, a California-based architectural products manufacturer, plans to invest $7.3 million to establish a new 134,858-square-foot facility at 1 Precision Way in Ellicott, New York. The project was announced in February 2020.
