Winkle Industries

Canadian attachment manufacturer GRYB announced the acquisition of 100 percent of Winkle Industries, along with its subsidiaries Proen Engineering Solutions and LiftTech Field Services. The acquisition gives GRYB a presence in the United States and adds production and warehouse space.
