Kymera International to acquire Reading Alloys from AMETEK
Kymera International has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AMETEK's Reading Alloys business, a producer of master alloys, thermal barrier coatings and titanium powders for aerospace, defense, medical and industrial markets. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2020.
