TricorBraun acquires Pacific Bag, a US flexible packaging distributor
TricorBraun acquired Pacific Bag LLC, one of the largest independent US distributors of flexible packaging. Pacific Bag will be combined with Taipak into a new unit called TricorBraun Flex. Terms were not disclosed.
