Almarai

Saudi dairy company Almarai named Swiss packaging group SIG a strategic partner for its five-year expansion plan, focused on flexible packaging and sustainability. The companies also launched a campaign marking 20 years of collaboration.

Almarai installed two complete Sidel PET lines, each handling 54,000 bottles per hour, at its Al Kharj central processing plant to increase single-serve orange juice capacity. The lines use Tetra Pak Processing Systems equipment. The article is dated January 2019.
