CITIC Capital Partners buys 33% stake in China Merchants Loscam from Sinotrans
The China buyout fund CITIC Capital Partners acquired a 33% stake in China Merchants Loscam, a pallet and returnable packaging pooling provider, from Sinotrans. Sinotrans retains a 45% stake. Financial terms were not disclosed.
