Luenthai Holdings

LTO, a subsidiary of Luenthai Holdings, has entered into new framework agreements with Shanghai Textile for the purchase of textile and garment products and the provision of related services. The maximum annual purchase amount is expected to be approximately $4.5 million for each of the three years ending 2022.
