Unicell Poland

Flügger group A/S has agreed to acquire 60% of the shares in Unicell Poland Sp. z o.o., a paint manufacturer based in Wasilków, Poland. The acquisition takes effect immediately, expanding Flügger's presence in Poland to include sales to independent retailers and DIY stores.
