Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers

Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc. merged with seven of its US subsidiaries, including Dianal America, Lucite International, and others, to form an expanded and integrated company. The merger was announced on April 1, 2021.

Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical America, has agreed to acquire substantially all assets of AdvanSource Biomaterials Corporation for $7.25 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2020.
