Oji Holdings and Purinusa Ekapersada have set up a joint venture to build a corrugated packaging plant about 50 km east of Jakarta, with Oji holding 55%. The investment totals JPY 4 billion (about €31 million) with start-up expected in January 2020.
Asia Pulp & Paper's Purinusa Ekapersada and Oji Holdings agreed a US$35 million joint venture, PT Oji Sinar Mas Packaging, to build a corrugated converting factory in Bekasi City, West Java. The plant is expected to start in January 2020.
