On-Bright Electronics Inc.

Diodes Incorporated provided an update on its acquisition of Lite-On Semiconductor, including a resolution by LSC to sell 16.5% of On-Bright Electronics to facilitate regulatory approval in China.

Consortium Orthosie Investment Holdings Ltd. is acquiring 100% of Shanghai-based On-Bright Electronics Inc. for NT$12.88 billion ($428 million), clearing the way for Diodes Inc. to acquire Lite-On Semiconductor Corp.

A consortium including Pavilion Capital and Axiom Asia Private Capital agreed to acquire an 83.5% stake in On-Bright Electronics from Lite-On Semiconductor and others for TWD 10.8 billion.

Diodes Incorporated has entered into an agreement to acquire Lite-On Semiconductor Corporation (LSC) in a cash-based share swap transaction valued at approximately $428 million. LSC is a Taiwan-based supplier of power-related discrete and analog semiconductor devices.
