Redland Brick

Brickworks North America subsidiary entered a binding agreement to acquire assets of Redland Brick Inc., including six product lines (Cushwa, Harmar, Rocky Ridge, Lawrenceville Brick, Tru-Brix) and four plants in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. The transaction is expected to close in early 2020.

Brickworks Building Products acquired Redland Brick, a US brick manufacturer, for US$35 million upfront and up to US$13 million in deferred payments. The acquisition includes five production lines across four sites in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia with a total capacity of 250 million bricks per year.
