Obu Cement Company

Shareholders of Cement Company of Northern Nigeria approved a merger with Obu Cement Plc, expected to increase production capacity to 8 million MTPA, pending SEC and court approval.

Cement Company of Northern Nigeria (CCNN) and Obu Cement Company have signed a merger agreement. The combined entity will be named Obu Cement, and CCNN will be delisted.
