Greenland Technologies Holding

Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation has entered into a non-binding MOU to acquire up to 75% ownership of Goog Intelligent Machinery Changxing Co., Ltd., a developer of AMT technology for buses and heavy-duty trucks.

Zhejiang Zhongchai Machinery, a subsidiary of Greenland Technologies, completed its move to a newly-constructed manufacturing facility in Shaoxing, China, increasing annual production capacity to 200,000 sets of transmission systems from 80,000 sets.
