Hydraquip, Inc., part of Employee Owned Holdings, acquired substantially all assets of Flint Hydraulics, a Memphis-based distributor of hydraulic pumps, motors and parts, on October 1, 2021. Flint Hydraulics will keep serving clients under its own name.

Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) of Harahan, Louisiana, has acquired the assets of C.S. Controls, a Houma, Louisiana manufacturer of marine systems such as steering gears, cranes and winches. C.S. Controls joins Employee Owned Holdings.

Gulf Controls Company acquired the assets of the Fluid Power division of Valin Corporation on 30 November 2018. Valin Fluid Power, a hydraulic, pneumatic and electric products distributor with sites in Washington and Oregon, became a division of GCC.
