Jabral

Flynn Group and Jabral Inc. entered into a Letter of Intent to combine operations. Flynn, a North American building envelope contractor, will acquire Jabral, a family-owned caulking and waterproofing contractor based in Kansas City. Lonny Mills will become a Flynn shareholder and manager of the Midwest Waterproofing Division.
