Frans Bonhomme

Saint-Gobain sold its subsidiary Civil Engineering Materials Distribution (DMTP) to Frans Bonhomme Group on November 29, 2019, for €70 million.

Frans Bonhomme announced the signing of an agreement to acquire DMTP (known as Point.P TP), the public works distribution subsidiary of Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France, for an undisclosed amount. The deal creates a leader in specialized network and pipeline distribution with 438 outlets in France and Spain and combined revenue of nearly EUR 850 million.
