Unifrax, backed by Clearlake Capital, signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Shenyang JiuQing Dongxiang Glass Product Co. Ltd, a provider of high-performance specialty fibers in China, from the Li family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
