EnfraGen

Partners Group agreed to acquire a 50 percent stake in EnfraGen, a Latin American specialty power generation developer, from Glenfarne Group. The transaction includes a primary capital infusion to fund EnfraGen's acquisition of the Termoflores gas turbine asset in Colombia.
