TriMas, a US engineering products manufacturer, has acquired Plastic Srl of Italy, which makes single-bodied and assembled caps and closures; the deal is expected to yield more than €10 million (about $12 million) in annual revenue and Plastic Srl will be integrated into TriMas's Rieke business.
US engineering products maker TriMas agreed to acquire Plastic Srl, an Italian manufacturer of caps and closures, for an undisclosed sum. Plastic Srl will become a wholly owned division of TriMas' Rieke business on completion in the first half of 2019.
