Krones acquires MHT Holding, PET preform mould maker in Germany
Krones acquired MHT Holding, a Hochheim, Germany-based producer of PET preform moulds and injection moulding tools, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition strengthens Krones' PET value chain and tool manufacturing.
