U.S. Department of Defense Office of Naval Research

Transphorm has been awarded a $18.5 million contract from the US Department of Defense Office of Naval Research to commercialize N-polar GaN epiwafers for RF/mm-wave and power electronics applications. The contract includes a $2.6 million base and a $15.9 million option.
