Marston's

Marston's and Carlsberg UK announced a joint venture, Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company, valuing Marston's brewing business at £580 million and Carlsberg UK brewing at £200 million. Marston's will hold a 40% stake and Carlsberg 60%, with completion delayed to Q4 2020 pending CMA review.

Marston's extended its catering equipment supply contract with Victor Manufacturing for two more years, until 2021. Victor will continue to supply bespoke kitchen passes, heated drawers, carvery counters and serveries to the pub chain.
