Rettig ICC agrees to acquire 100% of Sigarth AB from Midway Holding
Rettig ICC Ltd and Midway Holding AB signed an agreement for Rettig ICC to buy all of Sigarth AB, including its production facilities in Sweden and Poland and a German sales office, with closing expected at the end of November 2018.
