Silver-Line Plastics

IPEX has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Silver-Line Plastics, a manufacturer of plastic pipe products with facilities in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Florida. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Ipex USA LLC, a thermoplastic pipe maker, has acquired Silver-Line Plastics Corp., which manufactures pipe at three U.S. sites.
