Photonamic acquires MolecuLight's clinical oncology business
Photonamic GmbH & Co. KG acquired the clinical oncology business of Toronto-based MolecuLight. The two businesses will form a subsidiary called SBI ALApharma Canada, combining MolecuLight's fluorescence imaging technology with Photonamic's 5-ALA contrast agent.
