Kemira sells Operon to newly formed Operon Group, merging with Aquazone and Suomen Ekolannoite
Kemira sold its entire share capital of Kemira Operon to Operon Group Oy, which simultaneously acquired Aquazone and Suomen Ekolannoite. Pikespo Invest is lead investor; Kemira retains 10% ownership. The new company started operations on August 9, 2019.
