JT Energy Systems to build largest European lithium-ion battery production centre in Freiberg
JT Energy Systems GmbH, a joint venture of Jungheinrich AG and Triathlon Holding GmbH, is building a 42,000 sqm production plant in Freiberg, Germany, for lithium-ion batteries and charging systems. The operational launch is planned for Q1 2020, creating up to 200 jobs.
