Sinclair & Rush, Inc. completed its acquisition of Indepak Corporation, a Portland, Oregon thermoform manufacturer of custom trays, blisters and clamshell packaging. The deal adds thermoforming capacity and a west coast manufacturing footprint.
Sinclair & Rush, through its VisiPak division, completed the acquisition of thermoform packaging maker MasterPac Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri, expanding VisiPak's thermoforming capacity. Production continues at existing MasterPac sites.
