Yawei Machine Tool's unit, Yawei Precision Laser South Korea, will purchase nearly 22% of LIS from Sooin Cosmetic and BNB Investment for CNY385 million (USD56 million) to expand its laser cutting business. The companies will also form a joint venture in China.
