Conti Corporation

ENGIE North America has agreed to purchase Conti Corporation, including its affiliates Indicon, Ion Electric and McGilvray Mechanical, adding over 2,000 employees to its North American operations.

ENGIE North America Inc. acquired Conti Corporation, a construction services firm specializing in renewable energy, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC+R services. The transaction was advised by FMI Capital Advisors.
