The SEER Group LLC has acquired Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a residential and commercial HVAC company in Spokane, Washington. This is the SEER Group's fourteenth acquisition and second in Spokane.

The SEER Group LLC announced its acquisition of Nolan Heating & Air, which will be a subsidiary of Mike's Mechanical Services LLC.

MV Technologies, a subsidiary of SEER, received a $660,000 contract to install its HSPlus system at a large food processor.

The SEER Group, a heating and air conditioning services company, acquired Coffman & Company, a residential HVAC provider in the Denver metro area. The acquisition expands The SEER Group's national footprint into Colorado.

The SEER Group LLC acquired Climate Control, a residential and commercial HVAC services provider in Tigard, Oregon. Climate Control will operate as a division of Specialty Heating and Cooling LLC.
