Wabtec launched its Precision Dispatch System with an order from CN. The system is expected to be operational at CN in late 2023, with 37 desks in CN's control center using the software.

National Steel Car will supply 1,150 high-capacity grain hopper cars to CN. The contract was announced on August 27, 2020.

Miner Enterprises will supply outlet gates and hatch covers for 3,800 new high-capacity grain hopper cars ordered by Canadian Pacific and CN, built by National Steel Car.
