HYDAC B.V.

Hydac Oy, part of the HYDAC Group, has acquired a majority stake in Technion Oy, a Finnish designer and manufacturer of electronic control systems for mobile machinery based in Naantali, Finland.

HYDAC B.V. acquired Elma B.V., a specialist in electrical drive and control technology, and its sister company Elro SRL in Romania. The acquisition expands HYDAC's capabilities in electrical engineering and drive technology.
