G. Angeloni

Orca Group, backed by IDI, created a third division dedicated to carbon fabrics and technical composite materials by acquiring G. Angeloni, ITT, Dynanotex and Impregnatex and merging them into a single entity.

Orca Developpement, controlled by IDI private equity, acquired G. Angeloni, Industria Tessuti Tecnici, Dynanotex, and Impregnatex Compositi, creating the Angeloni Group with a combined turnover of over €120 million. The deal value is reported at €60 million.
