Maruka Corporation and Furusato Industries agreed to establish a joint holding company, MARUKA FURUSATO Corporation, through a share transfer, making it the wholly owning parent of both companies.

Maruka has resolved to acquire 85.9% of shares in Miyazawa, a food machinery manufacturer, making it a subsidiary.
