Western Branch Diesel

Curtis Engine & Equipment Co., Inc. and Western Branch Diesel LLC's Power Generation Division have closed a merger to form Curtis Power Solutions, LLC. The new company will combine their power generation equipment and service capabilities.

Rolls-Royce secured a potential 10-year, $67M contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply materials for updating T-56 engines from series 3.0 to 3.5 for the U.S. Air Force and Navy. Work will take place in Indiana through Sept. 30, 2024.

Johnson & Towers and Western Branch Diesel have closed a merger, with all entities falling under the newly created Indel Power Group LLC. The companies will continue to operate under their existing brands.
