STOCK America

ProMach, a US-based packaging machinery manufacturer, has acquired STOCK America, a provider of sterilization equipment for the food processing industry. STOCK will join ProMach's portfolio alongside the Allpax brand.

ProMach, a packaging machinery solutions provider, acquired STOCK America, a provider of process sterilization solutions for the food processing industry. The acquisition expands ProMach's retort product lineup.
