Insimbi to acquire Treppo Group
Insimbi Industrial Holdings has extended an offer to acquire control of Treppo Group Proprietary Limited, which includes its MetalCorp and Treppo trading divisions, Bulk Ferrous Exports, and interests in several joint ventures. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be effective on or about 1 September 2019.
