Nickel 28 Capital Corp.

Pala Investments agreed to acquire 100% of Cobalt 27 Capital Corp. for $501 million. Cobalt 27 shareholders will receive $5.75 per share, partly in cash and partly in shares of a new company, Nickel 28 Capital Corp., which will hold Cobalt 27's interest in the Ramu nickel-cobalt mine.
