P. Van De Velde Group acquires Germany's Bergische Kartonagenfabrik
Belgian carton packaging maker P. Van De Velde Group has acquired Bergische Kartonagenfabrik, a folding carton producer based in Velbert, Germany, with around 100 employees, as part of its buy-and-build strategy.
