Pilot Water Solutions

Select Water Solutions has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pilot Water Solutions, a private water midstream company in the Delaware Basin, for $700 million in cash and stock, plus up to $15 million in contingent consideration. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026.

Pilot Water Solutions, a subsidiary of Pilot Flying J, acquired RBJ & Associates, a provider of water infrastructure and disposal services in the Permian Basin. The deal was announced on June 6, 2019.
