Hongdu Group

Hongdu Aviation, a subsidiary of AVIC, signed an asset swap agreement with its parent Hongdu Group. Hongdu Aviation will acquire defense business assets worth about RMB 1.362 billion and transfer parts manufacturing assets worth about RMB 2.208 billion, expecting a gain of about RMB 7.12 million.
