Hutchinson has taken a majority share in TCSA, a joint venture with MANN+HUMMEL in Laval, France, making thermal management and cooling systems for EV and HEV vehicles. The unit employs around 60 people and is already operational.

Hutchinson will take a majority participation in Thermal Control Systems Automotive, a Laval, France-based company specializing in thermal management and battery cooling technologies. The acquisition is subject to approval from French authorities.
