Stark Group A/S completed the acquisition of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland GmbH from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A.

Saint-Gobain signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Deutschland (SGBDD) to the Stark group for an enterprise value of €335 million. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in H2 2019.
