Avera Semiconductor

Marvell completed its acquisition of Avera Semiconductor, the ASIC business of GLOBALFOUNDRIES, for a net deal consideration of approximately $600 million.

Marvell announced it has entered into definitive agreements to purchase Avera Semiconductor, the ASIC business of GLOBALFOUNDRIES. The acquisition includes Avera's revenue base, design wins, and a long-term wafer supply agreement.

Marvell Technology Group announced a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Aquantia Corp. for $13.25 per share in cash. The acquisition strengthens Marvell's Ethernet portfolio for automotive, enterprise, data center and access markets.
