The Crosby Group, a portfolio company of KKR, acquired Gunnebo Industrier Holding AB, a global leader in material handling products, from Nordic private equity firm Segulah.

The Crosby Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Gunnebo Industrier Holding AB from Segulah. The acquisition combines two leaders in lifting, rigging, and material handling hardware.
